Calvin Vanderschuit CFP®
Cal joined IG after working in the teaching industry. Given this background, he is able to use his skills to break down complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand material for clients, so that they know and understand their IG Living Plan.
He is very active in his local community of Onanole, Manitoba, where he is the President of the Onanole Foundation, which raises donations for local charities. Cal is married to Lauren and they live on an acreage just south of Riding Mountain National Park with their daughter Hadley and dog Stella. He splits his time between the Onanole and Brandon offices, and when he isn't working, you can usually find him with family, at the golf course in the summer, or the rink in the winter.
Jayden Lamb CFP®
Jayden joined IG Wealth Management in 2016 after two years in the industry, and is one of the partners of the Vanderschuit & Lamb team. He went to school to become an accountant, but ultimately found his passion in finance.
He was born and raised in Killarney. Along with his partner Jill, they live in Brandon, Manitoba, where Jayden has called home since 2015. He enjoys playing golf and hockey, spending time with family, and being outdoors. Jayden is a proud Assiniboine Community College alum and has been on the alumni board since 2020. He also Chairs the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors chapter in Westman.
Roger Shears CPA
Prior to IG, Roger built a 30-year career in leadership positions at SAS Institute Inc., one of the world’s largest software companies, and as a CPA in industry and public practice. He has been quoted in publications such as The Financial Times and IT Week and has spoken at international conferences on topics of analytics, performance management, corporate governance, and corporate sustainability.
Roger has lived in Brandon, Manitoba, with his very supportive wife, Dr. Serena Petrella, since 2009, and has volunteered as the Treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Westman. In his spare time he likes to improve at golf and squash.
I pride myself on building lifelong client relationships and have a network of friends across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe. I look forward to working with friends and family in Manitoba, Ontario, and Newfoundland & Labrador, to help them build a comprehensive financial Living Plan, not just an investment portfolio.
Josh Combs
Josh joined the team in 2022 straight out of the ACC finance program in Brandon, Manitoba. He started in an assistant role as he worked towards his licensing and is now an Associate Consultant, helping service clients and build financial plans.
Josh grew up southwest of Brandon on a farm near Deloraine. When he isn't working, he likes to play and watch baseball and get out for the occasional round of golf.
Sherry Dundas
Sherry joined the team in 2017. She has a diploma in Business Administration and has worked in the financial services industry for over 14 years. She is very happy to call Onanole, Manitoba, her home with her husband Rob and two children. Both kids are graduated and attending post-secondary education while continuing to be active in sports.
My position in the office is an Executive Assistant. I complete many background items such as completing paperwork for new accounts, account updates & changes and account transactions.
Hayden Johnson
Hayden joined the team in the summer of 2023 out of the ACC finance program. He grew up in Brandon, Manitoba, and is excited to enter the workforce in an industry he is passionate about.
Hayden is starting out in an assistant role while working on his designations, but he has high ambitions to eventually be working with his own group of clients one day as a financial planner.
